A few things I’m always glad to hear about:

• Something’s wrong with a listing. Wrong hours, old phone number, a salon that’s moved or closed. With more than 15,000 salons on the site, readers spot these long before I do.
• You run a salon, and you’re not listed, or your entry needs updating. It costs nothing to be here and nothing to have it corrected.
• You’ve found somewhere brilliant. Recommendations are how the good salons stop being a secret.
• Something on the site is broken, or an article got it wrong.

I’m a one-woman operation, so I can’t promise an instant reply but I do answer, usually within a couple of days.

One thing I can’t help with: I’m not able to book appointments, take payments, or handle complaints on a salon’s behalf. For any of that, you’ll need to ring the salon directly and, guessx what, the number’s on its listing page.
