By Kaylee is my cosy beauty boutique located in Bacup, Rossendale.
I am a Makeup Expert first and foremost, trained to a very high level with many years of experience. Before By Kaylee existed I was 'Makeup by Kaylee'. I provide makeup lessons, run the occasional masterclass, and offer event and bridal makeup services.
I also specialise in lash and brow lifts and tints, and provide acrylic nails, gel and builder gel enhancements at my salon in Bacup.
